We provide personalized workout plans based on your unique needs. In addition to tailored exercise routines, we offer expert nutritional guidance to ensure that you're fueling your body with the right foods and vitimans for optimal results

We condition your muscles and body to create a good foundation to start your journey. We will keep a food diary for these 3 weeks and track water intake.

In this phase we start with weight training and prolong the training period e.g. 45 minutes-1 hour. We review your food diary and start making small changes e.g. water intake and protein intake, as well as junk food replacement. We carry on with the food diary and water intake.

We start focusing on developing your muscles and definition by increasing weight training. We now start reviewing the nutrition and how it is working for you. We then find other strategies to help with the initial nutrition plan given.

In this phase we focus on creating more strength in the muscles and how to maintain that strength. We then look at supplements that may help with your journey and/or supplementing certain foods into your everyday life to reach your specific goals.
