WHAT IS WEIGHT
TRAINING?

Weight training is moving parts of your body to perform an exercise with a use of resistance such as your own body weight or physical weights. Great for weight loss as it increases the ratio between muscle and fat, because when you are resting, your body burns more calories/ energy in your body in order to grow your muscles.
